Are you ready to kickstart your Super Bowl party or are you heading to one? We’ve got an easy to assemble and no utensil required appetizer that will be a definite crowd pleaser! Of course we included our Mango Clementine Jam that we made last week only this time, we put it on top of a toasty melted round of brie cheese. The combination of the mild cheese with the tropical tasting jam was spot on. We paired that with light and airy Italian grissini (breadsticks) to dip right into the melted brie and jam. To complete the platter, we added a mix of honey roasted nuts and then rounded it off with fresh sweet clementines. The great thing about this platter is that it will complement just about any other appetizer you’re serving.
Enjoy the game with this “winning” appetizer!
Also, be sure to check back next week for our third and final jam post! Hint- It’s a Valentine’s Day recipe!

Super Bowl Brie and Mango Clementine Jam
- Total Time: 30 minutes
- Yield: 8 servings 1x
Description
An easy appetizer for the Super Bowl!
Ingredients
- 1, 8 ounce round Brie cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons Mango Clementine Jam (Clementine Mango Jam with Biscuits)
- 1, 8.8 ounce package Italian grissini
- 1, 10 ounce container mixed honey roasted nuts
- 3 clementines, peeled and sectioned
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place half the grissini in a tall container and arrange on a platter. (Reserve rest to refill.)
- Portion out 1/2 cup of the mixed nuts into a small bowl to arrange on the platter. (Reserve rest to refill.)
- Peel clementines and place on the platter.
- Cut the rind on the top of the brie and place into a snuggly fitting ramekin before toasting for 20 minutes at 350F or until melted.
- Remove from oven and gently place ramekin directly onto platter and top the brie with the Mango Clementine Jam.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
It’s important to find a ramekin that fits the size and shape of the brie, otherwise, the cheese will lose it’s shape as it melts.
Cheese will cool quickly, therefore, it’s important to serve right away for perfect dipping consistency.
