Sweet and Spicy Grilled Ribs

It’s summertime and we’re still grilling! This recipe will please both sweet and spicy taste buds. Make the marinate the night before (or the morning of) and it will be all ready to grill off the next day (same day if you marinate the morning of). If you like your ribs super spicy, just increase the amount of cayenne pepper to your liking. Of course, you could always hold back on the cayenne too. These are really tasty with a side of whipped sweet potatoes (recipe coming soon!) and Spiced Crouton and Bibb lettuce salad.

Remove the marinated ribs from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature (about 30 minutes). Preheat your grill to 325F and place the ribs (meat side down). Grill for approximately 25-30 minutes. Turn over and finish grilling for 25-30 minutes. Take off the heat and place onto a clean baking tray. Let sit for about 5 minutes to let the juice soak in. Slice with a sharp knife and serve with the sides linked above. Enjoy!
